🚗 Starting with Unexpected Traffic
I headed out for shopping in the afternoon.
The moment I left home, I felt something was off—“It’s kinda crowded…?” After a moment, I remembered.
Traffic restrictions due to the Yakult Swallows’ exhibition game.
I usually take the road beside the stadium, but today I decided it was impossible. I mentally rerouted and changed to a path passing in front of Urasoe City Hall.
After turning left at Shiroma Intersection, I hit traffic at Pipeline Intersection.
Just as I thought, “Maybe it’ll move?”, I got stuck again near McDonald’s.
It seemed the congestion started at the National Route 330 intersection. Even after passing that, I hit another jam right in front of Urasoe City Hall.
The Anpacha intersection was also packed. Today was just one of those days with people and cars everywhere.
🅿️ Parking Lot Full… But Lucky Me
Finally arrived at San-A Keizuka.
No “Full” sign was up, but when I entered, it was nearly packed.
In times like this, head straight for the rooftop.
Luckily, a spot was open right in front of the elevator, and I parked immediately.
The elevator seemed to be down in the basement and would take time, so I decided to take the escalator up to the second floor.
🍜 Solo Lunch at the Food Court
The food court was full, but it seemed like it had just finished a full rotation, and seats were slowly opening up.
Since Mom was resting at home feeling unwell, today I headed to the “solo diner” section.

I walked around the store and ordered a ramen and fried rice set at the noodle shop.
When they handed me the pager, they said, “It’ll be a little while,” but while I was posting on TikTok and Instagram, I was called surprisingly quickly.
By the time I finished eating, the food court had calmed down, and empty seats were noticeable.
🛒 Store Inside Was Packed
I went downstairs to start shopping.
Grabbed a cart and basket, then headed to the aisles.
- Vegetables → Skipped today since I have enough
- Fish section → Bought cod fillets
- Dairy → One carton of milk
- Bread → Loaf for tomorrow’s breakfast
After that, I circled the store to check for forgotten items, but
the kids were running around, skipping, jumping… it was so crowded I couldn’t walk straight.
I bought only what I needed and left early.
Checked out at the self-checkout. Normally I’d rest at Mister Donut, but it was packed today.
Instead, I bought an 8-piece set at the storefront to take home.

🏠 Finally, a breather after getting home
Traffic was heavy leaving the parking lot too, so I drove carefully.
The area near Anpacha was congested on the way back, so I avoided the stadium side and went home via the pipeline from in front of City Hall.
When I got home, I fed my mother the “yushi tofu” I’d bought. She seemed relieved and fell asleep watching TV.
Evening came in the blink of an eye again today.
Truly, 24 hours just wasn’t enough for this day.
