混雑を避けて北谷へ出かけ、ココイチで昼食をとった後、ハンビーサンエーで買い物。珈琲待夢で休憩し、渋滞もなく帰宅した穏やかな午後の記録です。母も無理なく過ごせました。沖縄・浦添の薄曇りの朝。梅雨明け前の爽やかな風の中、母との朝の生活や百歳体操の準備、季節の変わり目の体調管理について記録しています。

宜野湾サンエーで母と買い物をし、和風亭で昼食を楽しんだ午後の記録。帰宅後の穏やかな時間や夕食作り、母の様子まで、日常の小さな出来事を丁寧に綴っています。

母と経塚サンエーへ買い物に行き、フードコートで昼食を楽しんだ午後。帰宅後は洗濯物を取り込み、夕方には大根煮込みなどの夕食を準備した一日の記録です。

曇り空で始まった沖縄の朝。心地よい風の中で過ごす母の体調や朝の支度、デイケア前の様子、季節の野菜や桜・イッペーの花の移り変わりを記録した一日です。

午後から買い物へ出かけ、西原ファーマーズマーケットやサンエーを巡った一日。大きなキャベツや新鮮野菜の購入、改装中のフードコートの様子、帰宅後の母の穏やかな時間を記録しています。
