混雑を避けて北谷へ出かけ、ココイチで昼食をとった後、ハンビーサンエーで買い物。珈琲待夢で休憩し、渋滞もなく帰宅した穏やかな午後の記録です。母も無理なく過ごせました。沖縄・浦添の薄曇りの朝。梅雨明け前の爽やかな風の中、母との朝の生活や百歳体操の準備、季節の変わり目の体調管理について記録しています。
