今朝は19℃の曇り空。明け方の雨で湿った空気の中、咲き始めた桜が優しく色づいていました。母の朝の様子や朝食、デイケア前のルーティン、午後の買い物とコインランドリーの予定まで、穏やかな一日の始まりを綴ります。沖縄・浦添の薄曇りの朝。梅雨明け前の爽やかな風の中、母との朝の生活や百歳体操の準備、季節の変わり目の体調管理について記録しています。
