スマホとマイナンバーカードを使って確定申告に挑戦しましたが、連携エラーで大苦戦。税務署で番号を発行してもらい、最終的には弟のスマホで無事完了。必要な準備や注意点を実体験からまとめました。

新しく西普天間へ移転した琉球大学病院へ初めて行ってきました。立体駐車場から渡り廊下、受付、血液検査、診察までの流れを詳しく紹介。院内の設備やタリーズのモーニングもレポートしています。

八重岳の桜

名護の八重岳へ両親を連れて花見に行ってきました。ちえ食堂で味噌汁ランチを楽しんだ後、車からゆっくり桜を鑑賞。ピークは過ぎていましたが、まだ綺麗な桜が残っていて両親も喜んでくれました。

おはようございます

沖縄は今日も曇りで洗濯物が乾きにくい天気です。昨夜は父親がよく眠ってくれたおかげで少し休めましたが、今後の介護体制について考える必要性を感じています。母親の鼻炎も少しずつ改善中です。

徹夜の介護

父親が夜中に何度も起きて徘徊し、声をかけて寝かせてを繰り返し、ほぼ徹夜になった一晩の記録です。介護中のリアルな時間の流れや朝までの対応をまとめました。

同仁病院へ

母親が鼻風で治りませんインフルエンザも警戒警報がでています。

歯が折れてました。

父が「歯が痛い」と訴え歯科医院へ。診断は歯の根元が折れる歯根破折。高齢者の麻酔リスクを考慮し、地元の名医から総合病院の口腔外科を紹介されました。予約がいっぱいの中、無事に受診し1週間後の抜歯が決定。次々と増える通院先と、高齢者の歯科治療の注意点をつづります。

久々の買い物で父の歩行訓練をサポート。デイケアでの頑張りもあり、夜の安眠を願う日々。一方で、鼻炎に悩む母の薬依存を防ぐため「ジキニン」の過剰摂取を防止し、漢方薬での管理を徹底。沖縄の薬剤師からも注意を受けた、家庭での服薬管理の重要性をつづります。
